Kai Fisher first joined ELSH as a placement student from Barnsley College, where he provided valuable support to our bookkeeping and finance operations. His attention to detail, reliability, and eagerness to learn quickly made him a key asset to the ELSH team.Recognising his potential, ELSH provided mentorship, skills development, and a strong reference for his UCAS application. With this support, Kai successfully secured a place at the University of Manchester – one of the UK’s leading institutions – to study Accounting.Now in his second year, Kai is building on the practical skills and experience gained at ELSH to excel in his academic journey. His story reflects the long-term impact of ELSH in helping learners progress from local education into top-tier higher education and professional careers.
