Kirsty joined ELSH in 2020 as a placement student from Northern College during her PGCE studies. After completing her placement, she became a part-time receptionist/administrator before being promoted to Mathematics Teacher in 2023.Kirsty’s journey reflects ELSH’s strong record of developing talent: 85% of our placement students progress into employment or further study, with 40% securing roles at ELSH. Her story demonstrates how our placements cultivate skilled educators who make a lasting impact in our community.
