Free Education & Training

ELSH is a registered learning centre structured to remove barriers for Barnsley’s migrant community. We provide professional, reliable everyday support services.

Educational Programs: Deliver free accredited ESOL language training, foundational numeracy, and digital skills.
Student Placements: Partner with local universities and Barnsley College for training placements.
Community Services: Manage a membership-based Good Food Pantry and next-day crisis foodbank referrals.
Advice Hub: Host weekly sessions for housing, employment, and health signposting.
Location & Hours: Visit 29 Wellington Street, open Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 15:00.
